Erin Salerno is a Milwaukee native, where she resides with her husband and two children.

She started out her cake adventures in 2007, with a wonderful woman and friend, named Elizabeth Erenz, owner of Elizabeth’s Cakes. Erin currently has a state and county licensed kitchen in Brookfield, WI. She is available by appointment only at 655 N. Brookfield Road Unit C. She also works part-time for Miss Julia’s Bake Shop, located in the Galleria West Mall, and contractually for From Scratch Catering in Cedarburg, WI.
